Hi, I’m Heli Nehama Ozery, founder of Artemis OD.

What clients often say about me is that I create a safe, non-judgmental space while also being direct and stretching people beyond what they thought possible. That balance is at the heart of everything I do.

With over 15 years in leadership development and experiential learning, I’ve worked both inside corporations and as a consultant across diverse industries. This blend gives me a practical understanding of the challenges leaders and teams face.

I believe leadership and learning go hand in hand. The most effective managers and facilitators are the ones who know how to guide real behavioral change not only by sharing knowledge but by creating the conditions for people to grow.

My programs are always tailored and built on long-term partnership. I care deeply about creating collaborations that last, helping leaders and facilitators build safe spaces while practicing the courage to set boundaries and stretch people toward growth.

Much of my work with leadership teams focuses on psychological safety, conflict management, and building feedback cultures. I’ve had the privilege of doing this work across cultures, and while every team is unique, the human need for trust, clarity, and growth is universal.
​
I also work closely with L&D teams on how to strengthen collaboration with the business, moving from order takers to true business partners, and on how to design and facilitate experiential workshops that create lasting change.
​
My credentials include an L.L.B. in Law, an M.A. in Organizational Development, and certification as a RESPECT Coaching Styles™ Trainer.
Based in Silicon Valley, I partner with organizations worldwide while staying active in local and global professional communities, including serving as a board member of the Bay Area Executive Development Network (BAEDN).​​
