Nice to meet you, I’m Heli Nehama Ozery.
For the past 15 years, I’ve partnered with global organizations across industries to drive behavioral change and help learning actually show up in everyday work.
​
​The work lives at the intersection of leadership and experiential learning, grounded in practice, reflection, and real behavioral change.
My style is a combination of deep non-judgment, which creates real psychological safety, and clear, honest directness that stretches people beyond what feels comfortable.

That balance is what allows the work above to actually take root.
Safe enough to be real. Direct enough to create movement.
That style comes from experience and training.
Leadership experience shaped in complex, high-pressure environments, across both organizational and military contexts.

Based in Silicon Valley, and currently serving on the board of the Bay Area Executive Development Network (BAEDN).
